This is an open bar package which includes your choices of a whiskey, gin, vodka,
rum, scotch, etc. Includes favorite "Bar Brands" such as Canadian Hunter
Whiskey, Gilbey's Gin, Popvoff Vodka, Castillio Rum, House of Stuart Scotch, Montazuma
Tequila, C&G Bourbon, Arrow Peach Schnaaps & Amaretto and Martini Rossi Sweet and
Dry Vermouth. This package includes your choice of two of the following wine
selections: Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and Bud Light
and/or Budweiser Beer on Draught. Open Bar includes all mixers, soda, cups, ice,
fruit and garnishments. Gratuity not included.
Pricing includes 5 Hour Hall Rental, 4 Hour Bar Service
with an up to two hour Buffet Serve time -- additional time may be purchased for any and
all services.

- China, silverware can be provided at an additional cost of
$3.50 per person plus 15% gratuity charge will also apply on these items and all other
rental items included in contract.
- Unlike our competitors, we do not charge you a percentage
of gratuity on the food section of the invoice. That is left up to the discretion of
our satisfied customers. Any token of your appreciation for a job well done is most
welcome by your servers.
