	A 15% Gratuity charge will apply on china, silverware, glassware, tables, chairs and linen events.
	Unlike our competitors, we do not charge you a percentage of gratuity on your food invoice.  It is left up to the discretion of our satisfied customers.  Any token of your appreciation for a job well done is most welcomed by your servers.
	China, silverware, and linen napkins can be provided at an additional charge.

	We will help you plan and coordinate your event.
	A non-refundable deposit will reserve your date (based on estimated attendance)
	Menu selections should be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
	In order to serve you better, a final count of guests and a firm serving time must be established seven days before the event.  There will be an additional service charge for any changes made between the 7th to the 4th day before the event.  We regret that changes cannot be made 3 days prior to event.
	Your occasion must be paid in full 3 days prior to event date.

	We will cut and napkin-wrap your cake for an additional  charge.  Additional charge for forks, napkins and dessert plates.
	Bussing of guest tables for an additional charge.
	China, silverware, and linen napkins can be provided at an additional charge.
	Sit-down table service for 75 persons or less may be arranged for an additional charge.
	Theme parties, table decorations and rental items are also available.
	Left-over food, if any, will be provided to you with prior arrangement.  Containers may be purchased for a minimal charge unless self-provided.
	We do not rent banquet halls but have a Hall List available which may help you start your search for a catering location.  Package deals are available with many hall choices in the St. Louis area.  Please inquire about pricing.
	We have a variety of other Menus including Box Lunches, Bar-B-Que, Buffets and Hors d'oeuvres.  Please feel free to call or visit our office for any of this information or browse or menus online.  You may also fill out our menu request form to have select menus mailed to you.

Full-Service is the only option that includes beverages, condiments, dinnerware & serving utensils which are not included with Self-Service Catering, but can be purchased at an additional cost.  Delivery available for an additional cost.

This is a Do It Yourself Buffet.  The food is the only thing supplied.  Additional services can be purchased - see below.

	Includes all menu choices which are fully cooked.
	Items to be heated are packaged in aluminum pans (warming directions for your oven are included, and approximately one hour is needed for heating).
	Items to be served cold are packaged in disposable plastic serving bowls and trays.
	No beverages, condiments, dinnerware or serving utensils are included with self-service catering but are available at an additional cost.
	You may pick up your meal during our regular business hours  (Delivery is also available - see below)

Heated Self Service Meals
All menu choices may be picked up or delivered at the time you specify and are ready to eat.  Items to be served warm are heated and are packaged in aluminum pans.

	Delivery (in the Metro Area) 8:00AM - 6:00PM.  Before 8AM and after 6PM there is an additional charge.

	Coffee and Condiments (The air void must be returned to our location within 2 days following event)   (Deposit required for this item)  (Tea, punch and Lemonade also available)
