OPTION 1 - "The Premium Pour" (4 Hour Open Bar)
This is an open bar package which includes your choice of premium brand name liquors. Choose from outstanding brands such as Absolute or Smirnoff, Bacardi, V.O., Seagrams 7, Jack Daniels, Jose Cuervo, Gilbey's or Tanqueray, JB Scotch, Leroux Amaretto and Peach Schnapps. The "Premium Pour" also includes your choice of California wines and premium bottled beer.  Open bars include all mixers, soda, cups, ice, fruit and garnishments.  There is a charge for each bartender plus gratuity.  If Draft Beer is selected instead of bottled beer, save per person.  Applies to Option One.

OPTION 2 - "Bar Brands" (4 Hour Open Bar)
This is also an open bar package which includes your choice of bourbon, gin, vodka, scotch, rum, etc.  Choose from brands such as Popvoff Vodka, Castillo Rum, Canadian Club Whiskey, C&G Whiskey, Montezuma Tequila, Gilbey's Gin, House of Stuart Scotch, Leroux Amaretto and Peach Schnapps.  The "Bar Brands" package includes a selection of California wines and beer on tap.   Open bars include all mixers, soda, cups, ice, fruit and garnishments.  There is a charge for each bartender plus gratuity.

OPTION 3 - Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks (4 Hour Open Bar)
This bar consists of half-barrels of beer and bottles of wine.  Choose your favorite beer on tap.  Please call for current California wine selections and prices.  This package includes cups, ice and soft drinks.  There is a charge for each bartender plus gratuity.
